Anti-bullying law actually protects rights of bullies, not bullied

 

 

 Earlier this month, the Michigan State Senate passed SB 137, an anti-bul lying law that seems more in favor of protecting the rights of bullies rather than the bullied. The original law was intended to prohibit bully ing in Michigan schools, but the law passed the Republi can-controlled Senate with amendments that allow it do the opposite.
