Bon Appetit hosts tour of two local farms

St. Edward’s University’s food provider, Bon Appétit Management Company, buys about 20 percent of its produce from two local farms, according to Bon Appétit Sous Chef Tanner Harris.

Harris said that Bon Appétit buys weekly from both Tecolote and Johnson’s Backyard Garden.
