Party like it’s her birthday (cause it is)

Attention lovers of free concerts and birthday cake:

Now that we’ve sufficiently gotten your attention, St. Edward’s songstress Jardin Telling will be playing a free show at Red Eyed Fly Monday to celebrate her 21st birthday.

Faithful readers may remember last month’s profile of Jardin, where she talked about how she got into music, and what it’s like trying to make a name for yourself in the Austin music scene.

Over the past few months, Jardin has been doing just that, playing several shows at Red Eyed Fly and Momo’s.

But the Oct. 4 birthday bash may be her biggest yet.

The lineup also features performances by Rambler Rose (8 p.m.), Lindsay Schulz (9 p.m.) and The Highway (11 p.m.).

Jardin is set to take the stage at 10 p.m.

And, as promised, a birthday cake is involved.

So, if you’re in the mood for live music, libations (21+) and a chance to celebrate with your friends from St. Ed’s, hit up the Red Eyed Fly Monday to help Jardin blow out her candles.
