Nina Martinez is a senior at St. Edward’s University, earning her Bachelor’s in Writing and Rhetoric. Martinez has reported and edited for Hilltop Views since 2019 as News Editor and Editor-in-Chief. This year, she’s serving as a Copy Editor for Hilltop Views.  Learning from her peers and writing for HV, Martinez has found a love for storytelling, solutions reporting and AP Style (she truly loves AP Style). This summer, she recently participated in the first Solutions Journalism Without Borders program in Guatemala and returns excited to continue writing and copy editing.
